RelicsDisc Values is provided by Loved Scents LLC, doing business as RelicsDisc ("we"). We collect as little as possible.
When you use photo identification, RelicsDisc Values sends that photo through our server to Google's Gemini API, only to read the game's title, console and region. Barcodes are read on your iPhone and are not sent anywhere. Photos are not stored by us and are not linked to your name or Apple ID. Google processes them under the Gemini API Additional Terms and the Google Privacy Policy. Please photograph only the game, not people or documents. The AI never sets prices.
With each photo identification our server receives the photo, a random app-generated device identifier (not your name, email or advertising ID) used only to enforce daily limits, and, if you subscribe, Apple's signed proof of your subscription. We keep only counters (number of identifications per device or subscription per day). When the app downloads daily price updates, our server receives an ordinary web request with no personal data.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple. Apple sends us signed notifications about subscription events (for example a new subscription, renewal or refund) with the price and product, which we use only to keep a revenue total. We never receive your payment details.
Your collection, notes and value history are stored on your iPhone and, if iCloud is turned on, synced through your own iCloud account using Apple's iCloud key-value storage so they appear on your other devices. We cannot see this data. CSV exports are created on your device and shared only where you choose.
If you turn on Live Price Check, RelicsDisc asks for Android's "display over other apps" permission and your permission to share your screen. While it is on, a notification shows that screen sharing is active. RelicsDisc does not record, store or upload video or audio of your screen. When you tap the floating RelicsDisc button, the app takes one still image of your screen and lets you crop it to the game. Only that image is sent to our server and processed by Google Gemini to read the game's title, console and region, the same way as a photo scan. It is not kept after the request, not used for advertising, and not shared with the app you were watching. The resulting title and estimated prices are saved only on your device in your session history, which you can clear at any time. Each check uses one AI scan from your plan. You can turn the feature off from the Live tab or the notification, and you can revoke either permission in Android Settings.
Shelf and Deal Check are stored only in your browser (local storage). We don't receive them.
Wanted lists and trade lists are optional. If you use them, we create a trader ID made of a random key that is saved in your browser and a random nickname (like "PixelHunter1234"). We don't ask for your name, email, phone number or a password. On our server (Cloudflare D1, United States) we store:
Who sees what: the public sees only how many people want a game, plus the top max price and lowest asking price for each game, with no names. Your nickname and messages are shown only to people you've matched with. We never show your IP address. We don't sell this data or use it for ads.
Safety: messages can't contain links. Reports are reviewed, and accounts with repeated reports are paused. RelicsDisc doesn't take part in any trade, doesn't take payments, doesn't authenticate items, and doesn't guarantee any trade.
Deleting: remove your listings anytime on the Wanted page, or email us to delete your trader ID, matches and messages. Inactive data may be removed after 12 months.
RelicsDisc Values has no account, no advertising, no analytics SDKs and no tracking across apps or websites.
Delete games in the app, or delete the app to remove its data from your iPhone; data synced to iCloud can be removed in Settings → your name → iCloud. Counters on our server contain no personal data and can be deleted on request.
RelicsDisc Values is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
